Delivery
Delivery costs are paid additionally to the goods ordered and is calculated based on the weight of your total order. The delivery cost is confirmed to you during the checkout process before you place your order.
Smaller packages are delivered using Royal Mail and larger packages are delivered using a reputable courier. Most packages will need to be signed for to ensure safe receipt of the goods ordered.
If for any reason you are not available to receive the goods, the courier will post a card with further instructions. Usually you will be required to collect the parcel from the nearest courier depot.
Your order will be sent within 2-3 working days and should be delivered to you within 7 working days.
If for any reason your order is subject to additional delivery charges, we will confirm this with you before your order is dispatched. You will have the option to cancel your order if you do not want to accept the additional charge.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods, any delay in delivery of goods due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
